The most romantic apartement, featuring a large balcony overlooking the garden.
The double bedroom is equipped with a large king size bed, a desk with a computer.
Seats, nightstands, wardrobes, bookshelves, reading lights complete the room. Wardrobes are also used to store additional blankets and pillows.
The kitchen has induction hobs and all pots are suitable for this kind of technology, a large refrigerator and an oven are available.
Of course in the kitchen closets you can find plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls, coffee pot, kitchentowels and often also essential products such as milk and bottled mineral water, biscuits.
The bathroom is equipped with an average size shower, and a separate hand shower for the younger ones.
The bathroom features also mirror, lights, towels, and more. The outside laundry room with washer and dryer is at guests’ disposal.

There is a space to relax, play with and for the children or simply enjoy a good time with your travel companions.

Ms. Miriam has been very courteous and helpful from our very first moment. The property is less than ten minutes drive from the center of Perugia and about twenty minutes from Assisi.
