Located in the center of the building and overlooking the park of Ponte San Giovanni, it has a large bedroom and a living room of over 80MQ.
The bedroom is double and comes with a large king-size bed, desk with computer and mirrored wardrobe. Seats, nightstands, closet for clothes, bookshelves, reading lights complete the room. Cabinets are also used to store additional blankets and pillows.
The kitchen uses induction hobs and all pots are suitable for this kind of technology, a fairly big refrigerator and an oven are available.
Of course in the kitchen closets you can find plates, glasses, cutlery,bowls, coffee pot, kitchen towels and often also essential products such as milk and bottled mineral water, biscuits.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower tray, and a separate hand shower for the younger ones
The bathroom is complete with mirror, lights, towels, and more.
The washing machine and tumble dryer, located in the outside laundry, are also available to guests for free. Kindly ask the lady in charge of the reception to help you.

Outside the building but inside the private area you can enjoy a space for relax, for letting children playing, or just for having a chat with your friends.
The apartment was very clean, fully air-conditioned including the bathroom and spacious. The apartment is fully equipped with no expenses spared; the windows have motorised shutter blinds. A complete kitchen is also available including hobs, oven and dishwasher. The apartment can easily host five people with children and infants. The block is fully detached and is surrounded by a drive-in/garden that can be used for parking your car.
