The building was erected in the last century and has been completely renovated according to the most modern criteria in the years 2015 and 2016.

It belongs to the Sigismondi family, originally from Torgiano,and passed from generation to generation until it became a high standing housing structure that haas become a reference of quality in the Umbrian panorama.

The villa is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in each room, dishwasher, ample covered parking, internet, computers, availability of digital terrestrial, satellite and webstreaming television channels.

The  estate is conceived not only for couples and singles but also for families and companies. The large parking area allows the parking of vehicles of various sizes. The fence of the whole structure is designed to protect the privacy of its inhabitants, guaranteed by the use of hedges and shaded nets.

The large garden and perimeter of the property are also designed  to leave children and small pets free without the risk of them going into public areas or public roads outside the property.

The apartments are also designed for families with children. They feature  induction cookers and windows with safety bars. Available to our guests  free of charge, cribs and barriers.

Some bicycles are also available.

The computers available in each apartment are safe, technically up to date, complete with office software, ready to surf the Internet.

Complete the safety equipment of our apartments, emergency lights and electrical panels with above standard security switches . Entrance door are armored and have a double lock mechanism.

The Air conditioning system is ensured by Daikin’s top-of-the-range products, both through splitters and floor heating / cooling systems.

The design of the external renovation, as well as the interior decoration, has been conceived with modern and functional criteria by the famous Perugia architect Eridano Liberti. German, Italian and Polish companies such as Red-Black-White, Justa, Knauf, Daikin and Kaparoll provided consulting materials and services.

An outside laundry hosts washing machines and tumble dryers.

Internet and television connectivity uses high-speed cabling (CAT7). The structure is also directly connected via optical fiber to Umbra back bone.

The building is located in the vicinity of the railway station, a 10-minute walk along a pedestrian path. Sant ‘Egidio International Airport is about 5 km away.
